Using Cliq.social

• You are responsible for keeping your account secure and for activity that happens through your account.
• You may not use the service for illegal, abusive, deceptive, infringing, or harmful activity.
• We may limit, suspend, or remove access when needed to protect users, creators, the platform, payment providers, or legal compliance.

Creator content and commerce

• Creators are responsible for the content, products, services, memberships, gigs, and offers they publish.
• Buyers are responsible for reviewing purchase details, access terms, delivery terms, and cancellation or refund rules before paying.
• Cliq.social may process platform fees, provider fees, refunds, disputes, chargebacks, reserves, and payout eligibility according to product and provider rules.

Wallets and payments

Wallets, checkout, payment links, crypto settlement, fiat payment rails, and payout infrastructure may be provided by third-party providers. Browser redirects are not payment confirmation; verified provider events and local reconciliation determine payment and fulfillment status.

Platform changes

Cliq.social is currently in a gated pre-launch phase. Features, payment rails, provider coverage, and access rules may change as the product moves through closed beta and public launch.

Legal review

These terms are a product-ready draft and should be reviewed by counsel before public launch, especially for payments, creator payouts, tax, disputes, and regulated-provider responsibilities.
